Terms of Service – CK Studio

1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of ckstudio.art and any purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. CK Studio is operated by Christophe Kahmann, Chemin de la Mastelle 19, 7063 Neufvilles, Belgium. VAT number: BE1032.286.173.

2. Products
All photographs sold on CK Studio are original works by Christophe Kahmann, printed to order by our print partner WhiteWall. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Colours and details may vary slightly from screen to screen.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are listed in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. CK Studio may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order applies.

4. Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal link in our Returns & Refunds policy or in your customer account, or contact us at chris@ckstudio.art. Artworks made to your personal specifications are exempt from this right of withdrawal.

6. Returns and Refunds
After withdrawing, please return the item within 14 days in its original condition. We refund the full price paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until the item is back or you have shown proof of sending it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Shipping
All prints are produced and shipped by our print partner WhiteWall in Germany. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy and shown at checkout. CK Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, artwork, and text — is the exclusive property of CK Studio. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability
CK Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.
