Terms of Service – CK Studio

1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of ckstudio.art and any purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. CK Studio is operated by Chris Kahmann, based in Belgium. VAT number: BE1032.286.173.

2. Products All artworks and products sold on CK Studio are original creations. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Colors and details may vary slightly from screen to screen.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. CK Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our confirmation of your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at chris@ckstudio.art. Custom or personalized artworks are exempt from this right of withdrawal.

6. Returns and Refunds If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Shipping We ship from Belgium. Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout. CK Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, artwork, and text — is the exclusive property of CK Studio. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability CK Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
