Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving any reason. You can also cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped.

How to withdraw or cancel
Withdraw from your purchase here: sign in with the email address you used to order, open the order and choose to return or cancel it. You will receive a confirmation by email.
You can also email us at chris@ckstudio.art with your name and order number, or use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

Sending the print back
Once we have confirmed your request, we will send you the return address. Please send the print back within 14 days, in its original packaging if possible. Return shipping costs are paid by you. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the print more than needed to check it.

Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the print back, or until you have shown proof that you have sent it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your print when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at chris@ckstudio.art with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal 2-year guarantee.

Custom orders
Prints made to your personal specifications, such as a custom size or crop agreed with us, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
