1. Order Processing All artworks are produced and shipped by our trusted print and fulfillment partner, WhiteWall. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Belgium & neighboring countries: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Packaging WhiteWall packages all orders with professional, art-grade materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with WhiteWall to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
8. Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
